Orders over £150 (excluding VAT) qualify for free shipping, while orders below this amount will have a £8 + VAT shipping fee.

We understand the importance of timely stock delivery and are committed to ensuring swift order fulfilment. Nevertheless, there are instances when our stock levels may be limited and in such cases, it might become necessary to dispatch certain items separately if they are unavailable at the time of your main order shipment.

Return/Refund Policy:
IMPORTANT: Prior to returning damaged or faulty items, we kindly ask that you reach out to us. Any instances of damage or shortage must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the goods. We will provide a full refund for damaged or faulty items. For cases of stock shortages, either a refund or replenishment will be arranged.
